Metrics dashboard

One North Star, five metric families, twelve-month targets.

The DevRel scorecard for Tenki. Instrumented in week 1, reviewed weekly during the engagement, public where credible. Everything rolls up to the North Star: weekly active workspaces running ≥2 Tenki products.

North star

Weekly active workspaces running ≥2 Tenki products.

One metric that captures PMF (installed), activation (a successful run or review), and stickiness plus the multi-product moat (≥2 — e.g. a green CI run and an enabled Code Reviewer, or a runner + Sandbox). Single-product activation is the leading indicator; multi-product is the moat.

12-month North Star targets

From today to month 12.

The headline targets from the strategy. "Instrument" means the number doesn't exist yet — standing up the measurement is itself a Phase 1 deliverable.

Instrumentation

What we ship in week 1 to make the dashboard real.

  1. Funnel + product telemetry — define the DevRel scorecard with product; capture signup, products configured, time-to-first-successful-run, and weekly active workspaces. The North Star can't move until it's measured.
  2. GitHub harvester — Marketplace installs, stars / forks / PRs / contributors for the OSS surface.
  3. Discord analytics — members, daily active, message volume per channel (#runners, #code-reviewer, #sandbox, #claude-code, #codex).
  4. Plausible / PostHog for docs + landing analytics, with dabl.club UTM attribution.
  5. Loops.so / Resend for newsletter analytics.
  6. Weekly metrics readout — internal executive update; quarterly public post where the numbers are credible.
